About the Author
Abdulhamied Alromaithy
- Born in Abu Dhabi the capital of the United Arab Emirates,
Abdulhamied Alromaithy is one of the very few who have attained
high level of professional acknowledgement on national, regional
and international levels. With over 33 years of work experience,
he has gained the respect and recognition as a management
consultant, trainer, university professor and international
speaker.
- Abdulhamied started his work career as an economic researcher
with an international aid agency. After completing his MBA in the
US, he taught for a short time in the school of business at the
UAE University to travel again to the US in pursuit of his
doctorate degree in human resource development.
- Over the past 22 years, Dr. Alromaithy has become a key player
and a well known professional in the area of HR, management
consulting and training. He has served as a retained consultant
for a wide range of organizations in the public and private sectors
in the UAE.
- He is a founder member of the Society for Intercultural
Education, Training and Research Middle East (SIETAR ME)

addition to his freelance consulting and training work he is a
senior consultant with the Global Learning Academy

Abdulhamied is also an adjunct faculty with the Dubai University
College in the UAE.
